OK, there has been a lot of confusion lately regarding the forums. As fas as the claim that "it's dead" or "need's reviving" it isn't the case. The reason this forum isn't getting a lot of posts or merits, is because a group of us are on the website (Origin Euphoria) forums that was created month's back.
We initially spent a lot of time and money, not a great sum but considerably. Don't get me wrong I don't mind paying for it. But it seems not all of you know it exists. The website has a forum very simular to this one, except it's a lot more leaniant on the rules. So if you would all like to take a step over to:
www.origineuphoria.com
On the main page their is a link to the forums page as well as a link to register for the website (both located on the right hand side). I know all of you are preping this "revival" motion, but it would seem like a down step when we already have this up and running, where we have a lot more space and it's open for each of you to post content or editorials on the website's main page.
I know all your TGC veterans, I haven't forgotten you. That's why I am giving each of you editor accounts to the website, not the forum, the main website. So when ever you feel you have a good piece of content written down or a thought to share, you can post it. This is not manditory, just a bonus if you wish to use it.
The website is not by any means another "video games" website, far from it. It's not going to feature news as it's released or try and keep up with all the mainstream websites out there (GameSpot, IGN etc) it will just be a place where we can chill and post our own personal content, such as reviews or personal statements.
I can't force you too come over, but it seems logical to at least give it a chance, at least from my perspective. Don't worry about cost, you do not have to contribute to that - and will still keep your editor rights. I have that covered.
Hope to see you on the other side.
